Azimjon Akimjonov

Passionate Programmer
Azimjon Akimjonov Raised by my mother, I began my journey in Tashkent, attending Public School 235. At age 15, life took me to Kokand, where I balanced studying and teaching programming. Three years later, I returned to Tashkent and applied to two universities — but found my path at Ajou University. 💡 I’m passionate about sci-fi and love books that stretch the imagination. I’ve written 3 scientific papers — one on solar energy and two on AI (not the most groundbreaking, but still part of my growth 😄). 🗣 My TEDx talk is titled “Life as a Story” — because I believe life is more fun (and less heavy) when we see it as a narrative we write ourselves. Let’s turn life into something worth telling.

She believes that storytelling is a strong tool that can shape the way we see the world, connect us and inspire change. At 18, she took part in a public speaking competition and placed second, which gave her the passion to keep asking questions that shape our everyday life. Her TEDx talk “The Myth of Bizda bo’lmaydi", explores how cultural skepticism arises, diving deeper into the problem of "It won't work here" mindset. Mohamed Ali

Technological Trailblazer | Inventor
It all started in 2017, when I was a twelve year old child. We had just landed in Türkiye due to my traveler family, a land of captivating history and vibrant culture. Yet, a language barrier stood between me and the world around me. Feeling isolated and quite bored, I found myself drawn to the familiar glow of my father's old computer. In a quest for virtual adventures, I stumbled upon Code.org, a website that promised to unlock the secrets of coding. Little did I know, it would be the spark that ignited a lifelong passion for technology. Those first blocks of code were like magic spells, weaving digital worlds into existence. I devoured the introductory courses on Code.org, collecting certificates with childlike pride. Each challenge solved fueled a burning curiosity – what else could this code create? This newfound fascination propelled me to delve deeper, to unravel the mysteries behind the ones and zeros that powered the digital world.
