Theme: The Why Equation - Revealing the Questions That Drive Us

This event occurred on
February 8, 2025
10:00am - 6:00pm EST
(UTC -5hrs)
Toronto, Ontario
Canada

At the core of every decision, action and change leads us to a question that begs to be explored: Why? As humans, our innate curiosity drives us to explore and understand the world around us. This curiosity brings us to “The Why Equation”. From childhood, we are encouraged to solve the “y” in equations, revealing what was once unknown. Our quest for understanding guides us to explore the reasons behind who we are and why we are here today.

This theme urges us to Question, Challenge, Transform, and Evolve. With the “The Why Equation”, we invite perspectives that challenge theoretical assumptions and provide us with pathways to personal growth. In the end, it is the “why” that compels us to make decisions, take action and invoke change to shape a future we envision.
